Refund policy

Returns for Ready to Ship Items

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your product, you may return the product for a refund of the amount of the product. Buyer is responsible for providing shipping to cover the cost of returning the item to sender. Item must return in original, unused condition, in secure packaging. 

Returns for Custom Orders

In regards to Custom Orders, there is a No Refund Policy. If an item is unsatisfactory upon arrival, please reach out to us immediately. 

Faulty Items/Repairs

We are happy to repair items that have been damaged due to wear and tear, but it will be the Buyer's responsibility to pay for repairs.

If an item is damaged due to unintended use, Indiana Vaquera Leather is not responsible for providing repairs unless we are compensated accordingly.

If an item is damaged due to quality of construction, please reach out immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
